On 9/26/11 I called 800-558-5700 and spoke to Greenie, she gave me instructions on a possible fix, but it did not work, then I spoke to Carla on 10/2/11 and told her how unhappy I was; on 10/4/11 I spoke to Rhea who told me there is nothing they could do and suggested that I buy a new unit; apparently Bell the supervisor was too busy and did not want to deal with this issue.The hotwater dispenser did not live up to my expectations and leaked under the sink cabinet; I am hoping not to have any mold.

Even if it was out of warranty, they did not make the situation right.

I see all the complaints online and I do believe each one of them.The company will not remain in business if they keep this up.
